This is a 90 min independent session, where you can come and practice a different Hypnobirthing skill every session. 

The next session is 6.15pm on Thursday 19th of January, held at Nurture Centre

We will spend the first 20-30 mins presenting the new concept of the session, and the final part of the session will be dedicated to some essential YOU TIME, and practicing the particular technique.

So often we just don't have the chance to sit, focus and practice skills for birth. This will be your chance!

Each session will cover a new concept, ranging from how to get into 'flow', how to programme and anchor positive responses, how to deal with and fully manage fear, how to bond with your baby bump as you sleep, and most of all.......how to feel wholly prepared, ready and in control for the big day.
