Baby Yoga... 

Our weekly baby yoga sessions offer mums/dads and babies the opportunity to enjoy and relax together under the guidance of our experienced yoga instructors, Laura, Linda and Sara. Each baby yoga class is a mixture of touch & movement, sound & song, breath & relaxation that offers numerous benefits for both mums/dads and babies.

  • This is a class aimed at mums / dads and babies of any age.
  • The postures can be practiced with or without baby, depending on yours and your baby's needs on the day.
  • The class will start with breath awareness, followed by a range of stretches and yoga postures and end with a lovely relaxation.
  • The focus for mums will be on gently working the muscles and slowly regaining strength, stamina and fitness. For baby this is a time to enjoy exploring new movements and new ways of relating to mum.

In the class feel free to carry on and breast feed, nappy change etc. This is a class for you to feel relaxed, there's no pressure to keep up, just take the class at your own pace.

Class sizes are limited to ensure plenty of attention for all participants.

the Family Yoga classes are now closed for the Summer. We'll be in touch later in the year!

These monthly sessions are held on Saturday mornings and are taught by yoga instructor, Yeshe Chodron. 

Sessions allow space for parents and children to explore movement individually, in pairs and in a larger group with a focus on developing trust, confidence and having fun!

In our family sessions, we use yoga to support our movement and to explore what we can achieve together, incorporating story, sound and breath. Sessions finish with a blissful guided relaxation that children and parents can enjoy together.
